Managed Support

Complementing our telephone and email technical support is our online support and asset management service called ‘Managed Support’. We believe that our clients will find this an invaluable tool for keeping track of their assets and any support issues that may arise.

For clients using the system their purchases are automatically logged into the ManagedSupport system. This will allow clients to identify what equipment they have in each room at each site. From the system, service level agreements and warranty details can be viewed. As the system tracks individual serial numbers, clients can log a service, warranty or support request online instantly. All information is logged automatically and issued to support personal for immediate response.

As the support personnel deal with the request, the information will be logged into Managed Support for you to view straight away. You will also be notified automatically by email of any developments, so that at any time you will always know what’s happening to your equipment. For example you might login to be presented with a message telling you that your projector is currently being returned from the manufacturer having been repaired.

This system is intended to compliment our telephone support and not replace it. Essentially, what clients see is what our Support personnel are doing with their request in real-time as well as being able to track all AV and IT assets.
